Within a year's time, you've improved a lot. The 2014 version is flat regarding color and lacks shading. The form is narrow but the lines are clean. The read marks have seen as either blood or body paint. Depth is what the 2014 ver doesn't have, while it does posses an interesting concept and form. The 2015 version has depth unlike it's previous incarnation. The shading is handled nicely. The colors aren't bold and vibrant but instead on a similar value and don't clash with each other. The form is less stiff and narrow, but there is a lack of indication of body below the neck, such has shading to indicate creases of how the clothes interact with the body. The hair in the 2015 has movement with lines going in different directions and it. The eyes are seen in the 2015 ver unlike the 2014 which are blackout (which either looks like a blindfold or extremely dark shadow). The eyes had depth with dark and light spots suggesting an iris, pupil and slightly highlight. The blood in the new version has form, it behaves like tears instead of streaming down as well. The red substance does read more as blood than anything else. The face itself is simple but the expression is handled better. Comparing these two images displays how much you've grown in terms of handling form, colors and shading. Continuing to practice will result in only getting better. The 2016+ version will surely be great.

I was kinda going for the same style so the fact that it's so different is great. And the fact that other people can tell the changes I've made is even better!!
