Your drawing looks a lot like the real picture. You did an impressive job with the green eyes!! Really Weldone!!

Yes, I see that you did a lot of your on things too, you made her look more like a sailor, the hair is more red, the eyes have a slightly different color in them. 

Anyways, I really like this digital drawing of that cute person (do you know her?) 

If you want some critique:
The shading of the nose is good, but it makes it look as if it has a flat end, almos bended in( like a glass of water/drink an so on) while the nose of the girl looks more bubble type(has a more round feeling)
Some of your shaded parts get dark too fast...
