saa, it might help to draw a round shape for the head, before the crossline. (then either the face outline or eyes afterwards.) it's quite a useful trick, especially for people who find it hard to coordinate face attributes (eyes, brows, nose, lips) and hair. ^^

you're welcome. ^^ it's just because i'm teaching quite a few people lately too, and they find it very useful when i told them to try reducing their subject into basic shapes, then gradually filling the details. (it's basically fundamental for everything, even body posing.) they sort of told me it was hard drawing the actual features right-on cos they're scratch-starters. well, just being annoying again putting a finger on things. hope you don't mind. ^__^
