Yay, more traditional art ; v ;I have find my love for traditional art again, so I think you'll see even more traditional art in the future (even though I draw mostly animals traditionally now, because my skin-tone-colours died so asdfg no humans traditionally before I have a chance to go to Rovaniemi).
Anyways, for a really long time I have wanted to draw Applejack traditionally, and finally did so ~
Ponies are kinda new thing for me to draw, so I need a lot more practise |'D
Jos jotakuta kiinnostaa, niin voin myydä tämän hintaan 4€ (hintaan sisältyy postikulut). Koko on noin Double-ACEO. Voin ottaa kuvia kameralla etc. jos kiinnostunut ostaja löytyy. Maksu maksetaan tilisiirrolla, ja voin halutessa päällystää kuvan kontaktimuovilla (jotta se pysyisi "hyvänä" ja kestäisi vähän paremmin mahd. kolhuja jne.).
Jos kukaan ei ole kiinnostunut, pidän kuvan kyllä itselläni mieleläni x'D

Rakastan noita tummempia, paksumpia linejä mitä oot käyttänyt tässä. Myös noi sun geelikynäkohdat on todella kauniita, ja taivaaseen oot jättäny ihanasti vähän tilaa pilville. Hyvin nätti kokonaisuus ^^!

Tahtoisin piirtää paksumpia linejä normaaliinkin (tai siis, digitaaliseen) arttiin, mutta en jostain syystä uskalla asdfg.

En tykkää näistä my little ponyistä liiemmin, mutta todella upee n__n saatan jopa tän takia alkaa katsoa sitä ♥

Itse pidin pienenä ihan hurjan paljon (äiti sanoi, että ponit olivat myös niitä harvoja leluja, joilla leikin) |'D
Tosin pääsyy taisi olla se, että tykkäsin jo lapsena siitä, miten eläimiä ihmistettiin erilaisin asennoin ja teoin. Nykyään katson sarjaa lähinnä visuaalisen puolen vuoksi (hahmodesignit ovat usein varsin nättejä, ja ihan piirtäjänä on mielenkiintoista katsella animaattorien kikkoja ihmistämiseen), mutta kieltämättä joskus kun on oikein pahalla tuulella, on kiva katsoa jotain kevyttä ja hyväntuulista C:
Kannattaa ainakin jakso katsoa, jos yhtään kiehtoo (tosin ekan kauden eka ja toka jakso on omasta mielestäni vähän kummallisia, en pitänyt). Ei kannata tuomita sarjaa vain sen takia, että sillä on *köh* HIEMAN outo fandom.

Noh, lastenohjelmahan tuo on, niin ei siinä mitään liian rankkaa voi ollakaan :'D
Mutta kiva, että edelleen tuotetaan lapsille ihan laadukastakin piirrettyä, tuossa jopa lauletaan (ja laulut ovat laadukkaita)

Käsittääkseni yksi jakso on dubattu suomeksi (jos MLP: FiM:sta puhut). Tubesta kuitenkin löytyy FiM:ta varsin laadukkailla suomiteksteillä :----D

However, this does look very good, and OF ALL THE CHARACTERS I'VE SEEN, AJ is probably the one I like most (or I should say: "The one I dislike the least") cuz she's the most sensible. <<

Yeah, especially the mares are - in my opinion - far from actual ponies. Stallions however, usually resemble the actual ponies much more (not all of them, though). I wasn't sure what kind of style I should use, but I decided to go with that more FiM-like, since drawing her as an actual pony would make it either freaky or just "loose" something.

I keep seeing a character called "Big Macintosh" going around, and he's making me curious cuz HE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A HORSE. Also for some idiotic reason, I'm more gravitated towards male characters. <<

AND YEAH I DON'T GET IT I see all these people who talk about how much they love "Rainbow Dash" or "Rarity", and I look at the chars, and I'm like "BUT THEY'RE SO OBNOXIOUS." D:

Big Mac (who is Applejacks big brother) really looks quite good compared to many other characters in the series. If we are talking about the "realism", that is.
I personally like Twilight Sparkle because for me, she is the easiest one to relate to. At least judging from the first season. Applejack is another one I like, because of the reasons I stated before.
But Rainbow Dash I don't really like :/
Yeah, it's good to have a "tomboy" in a children show like that, but I don't like her rudeness at all.

I have experienced the same but with different fandoms. Some of my friends are really hooked on series I don't watch, and the worse, they are always talking about it and trying to make me watch it, too (they have also changed a lot, and some have even gone to that "weeabooish" state. Even if I have said I'm not interested, some of them don't seem to believe it.
I think people should respect the fact that when others say no, it really /means/ it.
Haha, I'm just stating the... obvious? I mean, everyone can see they are steretotypes, but in fact most characters - especially in children shows - are |D
