So this is definetly so far my favorite cosplay. It was so fun and we got so many compliments I thought I was gonna die. xD This is from the mini Con AniBash 2011.Panty is an interesting character to cosplay because she has such a straightforward, I-know-what-I-want kind of personality and she doesn't care about what anyone else has to say.
