"Last fall I went with Penny to the meeting of all Clan-Chiefs to announce the future leader of the Ja-Nin-Clan. The looks were very critical and I wasn't sure if I did the right thing. All chiefs were very upset when I told them, that Penny would be the future leader of the clan. They wouldn't accept her 'because she's a woman'. Then, suddenly, Penny stood up and said 'Women gave birth to all of you, so you should respect them. And so you should respect and accept a woman as a new leader!' - she said and sat down. At this moment I knew Penny was the right person for this position. I was so proud."
