I think there is a art program on the internet you can download that has those backgrounds, but idk.

lol want some help? Go to iaza.com, there u can make icons, for free. now click the arrow, and you find which picture you want. if you want to make an animation icon, click frame animation. If you want to make a picture into an icon. Click Convert to GIF or Convert to JPG, (I mostly use The gif.)
Now for both of them, at the end of each of tose, make sure u click Resize Pixals, and Resize percent. On resize percent, make it 50%.
On resize Pixals, make it 150 for both slots. And your done! ^^

o and when you upload it on here, make sure u put it under the catagory that is for Icons, or else you wont be able to use it.

lol click transparent in the create section, type what color u want to transparent, then click fuzz I usually click 8%, but it depends on the picture.
