To be honest, my this isn't really my strong point, but I'll give you all I got!
At first glance,the page looks very uniform, which is nice to look at. I really like the colors you used.
I'm not sure if this would look better, but just something to consider.
You have divided the page into 4 different horizontal sections. On the right side, the content in the sections on the right side seem to be more vertical than the left side. So I wonder how it would look if you alternated that pattern. I feel that there would be a zig zaggy motion to the page, which would help with reading it because we read from left to right.ย

I really like the overall look of the template and its layout, it looks like it really fits the gaming theme. The colours and texture are spot on, in my opinion.
For what concernes possible changes, I would consider putting a twitter widget together with the facebook one, or let the possibility of using both of them. But this is just about the content, and can be easily changed when the site is coded.
About the design, I'm unsure of the size and placement of the social media links down there. They're pretty big, but putting them at the end of the page is not very user-friendly in my opinion. It will be difficult for people to scroll down to search for them, so I would most likely place them on the top of the page, or in the sidebar. I don't really know about that footer in general... maybe it can be shortened?
Other than that, well done! I can totally see a gaming club using a site like this, so good luck on the sales! ^^

You're probably right with the size of the social media icons, I might make them smaller.
About the twitter widget, there's no space to put it, I could remove the advertise banner if the customer didn't want it and add it there I guess.
