as far as photography goes, I think this one loses a bit of the charm by having just a pic of jigglypuff instead of an actual plushie in the background. as far as the nails are concerned, it's adorable...but if it were me, I probably would've put that curly tuft of hair it has on the middle nail instead of the smile.
