My one compliant of this piece is the hard nose shadow. The one thing I'd like to see more of is shininess of the hair. Now for the stuff I like, they way you have depth of field focused so perfectly around and on your model is quiet amazing. Her pose and association with the wall makes this a deep feeling photo that is only improved upon by the blurred lights in the background. Her drawing eyes are really alluring and help to really center her as the main aspect of this photo.
