Somewhat worryingly, I actually have a shirt kinda like that (Only kinda though - the back of mine is patterned awesomely)

Aside from that - the focus, the slightly off-center feeling, but don't like the monochrome. Then again, that's just a personal thing. I like colour. Even when I can't see it well.
