I can never get satisfied with my desktop. ;D However, now I think I'm happy.

The background I used is Sunset over the City by ~kandiart . I think it's quite beautiful.

The bottom Dock is RKLauncher and the skin is iAurora leopard made by Gotier . I matches quite well. The icons can be found at www.davidlanham.com and in my favorites.

The side dock is ObjectDock and the icons are found on the above-mentioned site.
