Fireflies 蛍 glow by a chemical reaction called bioluminescence which seems to be a warning signal to predators. In the past they believed that the light came from the front of the insect which is why the kanji is written with light on top and insect on the bottom part. In Japan it's common to see fireflies during hot summer nights close to the flow of beautifully pure water. Therefore have been a metaphor for passionate love in ancient poetry.Recording: [link]

it's expensive yes. but if you use it, it's totally worth it.
I bought mine online and shipped, it's cheaper but taxes take quite a bit so you don't save much from shipping it anyways + it takes time to get here + if there is a defect you still have to pay more for the shipment.. so I strongly suggest buying in Israel.
