XD It's Pandora Hearts~ Do check out the manga!!(the anime isn't very fantastic) It has plot twists and most of the characters have the potential of being crazy(in the evil sense). 8D;;;
Their default costume is much more normal, but we decided to do the illustration versions~ so it's more zeng-ed. XD
