Description
A watercolor painting of a great white shark. I dunno why, but I've always liked sharks. They're so awesomely cool
But that doesn't mean I would like to be near one, haha.Before this was painted, the shark looked kinda dopey because of its tiny eye
Media: watercolors, tempera and Chinese ink on watercolor paper.

Overall, I think the shark looks good.
However, it looks more like he is in front of the water, rather than in it. For example, the rays of light shouldn't send light upon the shark too. Also, the rays should be more like this: /|\ Rather than like this \\\, if you understans what I mean?

Sharks are actually calm, if you get on the right time.
Or if you want to be with a very friendly one, it'll be a whale shark XD

The first thing noticing is the density u created with the dark tones. It serves as something threatening or dangerous was revealed here. The main body form does remind me of a simple form too easily still. I would have loved the light to have more affection on the sharks body too.

Excellent work! The lighting reflecting from the surface is really believable. The only thing I would suggest is working on composition. THe shark would be much more interesting positioned off to the upper left corner or something similar instead of having him at the very center. If youre going for something like bio illustration this is perfect but if you want your shark to look ominous or casually lazy or something like that then composition plays a huge part
