Description
Most guardians bring peace to their time, and so the Guardian Star leaves them in wait of the next time it's needed, and a new worthy wielder is found.
Some fight for years, others just months.
Marcus fought the longest, and the hardest. And in the end, gave his life. This loss hunted Malchi for years, to the point he was unsure of whether or not to allow Joley to take up the responsibility. She did it anyways, and now hopes to live up to the legacy of the brave warriors that came fore her.

The king seem to have little control over the power of his children. Some have been able to fight hand-to-hand with the guardians, some did not.
But there was something different with Aclaid... something... wrong.
His power was notable, even to The King, and so he recognized his offspring as "The Great Prince of Darkness".
Aclaid fought Marcus for years, and in their final confrontation, even defeated him for good. He would have stolen the Guardian Star's power, but Marcus used all the strength he had left to break it, resulting in an explosion of stellar magic so grand, that took them both out.

The star broke in five pieces, one of which, once The King managed to influence the human world again, sought a worthy wielder, as it always had done.
