This is a really beautiful piece and I love that your personal style shines though. I haven't seen much Sailor Moon fan art lately and it is a very artistically beautiful show. There are so many aspects going on in this painting, the detail is really amazing and that fish-eyed skyline is really fantastic it's not something I've seen before.
I just wish there was a bit more depth to the painting. I feel that there should be a bit of variance in tone within the skin shadow values to really make the characters pop out and the same goes for their hair. Just a bit of warm here, cool there, I feel like it could really make a difference. Other then that this is really breath taking, beautiful work. I hope you keep creating.
