Hey guys!

Another piece related to Lost is finally done. I've spent most of the time on the face, using reference, and I'm happier with this than with my last portrait of Dogen...yep!

This fanart is settled in the context of the chapter Ab Aeterno from the Final Season -so if you're not up to date and don't want to know, STOP READING!

I was astonished when I finally discovered WHO is the mysterious Richard Alpert and which was his past time. Also was great that Richard was a countryman from Tenerife, a Spaniard on Lost wow!!

"Richard feels confused by the lastest happenings. He feels senseless going on with Jacob's game now he's gone, and he doesn't even know what to do when he's supposed to be the guide of Ilana's group. After being near to suicide, Richard runs away to look for the only thing he ever really wanted in his very long life.

When Richard arrived to the Island, he met the Man in Black who promised to lead Richard to his dead wife if he helped him to leave the Island. But he rejected, since he became Jacob's representative, therefore starting the mission of what would be the Others.

But now he grabs Isabel's cross pendant from the ground, buried in the jungle more than a century ago, and shouts, calling the Man in Black to finally accept the offer. Things have changed, and a desperate Richard cries for second chances".

Btw I'm quite sad cause among all the garbage filling our TV, Lost is one of the few exceptions, however most of people here in Spain don't seems to appreciate it as it deserves...

Anyway, I'm proud to be a Lostaddict
