about 3 weeks ago my friend kevin invited me to his birthday party. i asked him what he wanted. he said he didnt know. i sighed and asked if i could just draw him something. he said great! and gave me a reference drawing of that guy ^his name's Raul Navalta. and apparently he's from some dancing reality show that kevin liked. haha it was also the first time in a long time that i attempted a portrait. i suppose i'll link to the reference so everyone can see just how off i was. :/

I think you did a good job. I like your portrait work. I think you could add more contrast and shadows, but it might be more of a preference, really.
