On the browser version, it gives a notification. The mobile app doesn't notify you, but it'll show on the watch feed XD The only notifications (on the top bar of your mobile device) the app gives you is when someone comments on your posts or profile, replies to you on something, notes you (it's basically like emailing), or watches you
