This is hands down the best thing I have ever seen on deviant art,
Even if I was not a brony I would pay for this due to the level of detail and I assume work that went into it, Raver Luna is like EQD said a relatively new idea, so that counts towards the originality, I love the glow effects on the various glow bracelets and trikets, and I think the face just MAKES this image.

The only thing i can really complain about (and that's just me nitpicking)
is that the 3D on the logo behind her, seems to go both right (in the lower part) and right (in the gear area) which would not actually happen in perspective.

again This image is great though.

There is only .sai file, though it can be converted to .psd, but I dunno. And you need a transparent background version, right?
