This is really beautiful. The tones of green go wonderfully with the skintone and the designs that line the sleeves are amazingly cool. I also like the focus around the lips and that little nook above the top. A lot of people can't capture the detail of that.

They don't like fantasy art. And it's painted from photo and they like that you draw/paint from life. And my teachers are not fan of color

Well that is too bad, drawing from life is extremely expensive to hire a model that is even worth drawing. Nonetheless, the idiotic view that color is not important, seriously this is a great painting no matter what any teacher of yours says.

they just think that most people can't handle color, including me. They are a bit strange. And I think they just prefere black and white.
