I forgot that a friend DOES have the books and I was in the same town as her, so I borrowed Twilight and New Moon.
Question: Why, if I don't like the subject matter (Vampires), don't love her writing, and can predict the plot from a MILE away, can I not put it down? I think she's stuffed crack in the binding, myself. Why?

I just finished New Moon. I was depressed with the lack of Edward and his sparkling. Jacob was interesting at first, but he really started to annoy me. I was like, GTFO I WANT SOME SPARKLING ACTION. I really like the Cullens, so I was disappointed with the lack of them.
I want to get Eclipse now. I suppose I can get it tomorrow on my way home. I have to go to the mall anyways.
