This is an interesting work. I haven't often heard of painting things in PS and blending in SAI. However, it seemed to work out well in your situation. The mood of this piece is kind of formal and serious judging by the lighting. Your way of creating slight blur effects gives this a slightly mystical and ethereal appearance.
Your character choice is also quite interesting, in the way that you have a warrior cat but didn't start out with that intent. That way, your subject is between some regular cat and Leafpool. That works with the general texture and theme of the drawing to create an ambiguity that matches the subject and the overall artwork. It is also interesting how that vertical figure on the right appears to be a fireplace, though the question is not totally resolved. And the object that the cat, let's say, Leafpool stands on may be some kind of piano or pedestal or half-wall divider in the room. Again, the lack of clear definition works as a positive way to encourage the use of imagination in defining the room. That also helps with the possible bookcase on the left and door in the middle.
The light source in the middle appears to be a flashlight or open window or door from where the viewer is standing. This input of light helps to define the piece, though it clashes with the darkness and uncertainty previously shown. This dynamic contrast is best shown by Leafpool's expression.
What are you doing bringing light into my scene? It was dark, but now you are here, in my room, you human. Leafpool scowls as the light outlines his fur at the border between contrasting themes in this artwork.

The catΒ΄s face kinda cracks me up. ItΒ΄s, like, "who tf are you?"

I...didn't know what I was doing with the expression honestly lol. And my drawings aren't perfect, it just takes practice. But thank you!
