YOUNG AVENGERS. I can happily blame my other half for getting me hooked on them, and I immediately fell in love with these two. Normally I'm not a Marvel girl, but DANG they have DC beat with this.THEY'RE CANON. These two are a canon pairing and I adore them!
On the left is Theodore "Teddy" Altman, AKA Hulkling. A Kree/Skrull shapechanger who is as sweet as he is sheer muscle.
Right sees William "Billy" Kaplan, AKA Wiccan, previously Asgardian. His story's a bit more complicated, suffice it to say the Scarlet Witch is to blame. Entirely.
Twin brother of YA Speed.Also very VERY swiftly making themselves at home with my OTPs. Seriously, they are both just... AUGH I love them to pieces~
ANYWAY.
Tried a tutorial for the coloring, but it kinda backfired in that it looks very similar to my normal coloring style ._.
Still, more tutorials to rummage through, so expect some experimentation on my part!

I agree from the begining. It just seems that DC won't submit to the gay pairings whereas Marvel embraced them.

No, DC doesn't seem to like the idea. There are a few publishers and series which are quite happy to have gay pairings AND address the issue. It's like I've been reading The Authority, and Midnighter and Apollo are together. When they visit alternate versions of themselves, none of the other Midnighters or Apollos are together and are quite vehement about the fact they never -will- be.
This, I think, is the point Marvel has DC beat on.
