I don't hate you for not knowing a thing, you're fine! I'm not sure which one you don't know, however, so I'll just explain both!

The one on the left is Scraggy, a fighting pokemon who has trouble keeping its shed skin on over its legs, which it uses as pants. The one on the right is Monster Kid, who has no arms and follows the player around for a short while during a certain part of the game Undertale.
