Who's the girl on the right? Haven't seen her before. Is she the main character/villain from My Life as a Dark Lord?

She's Princess Fiona of Alfitaria. Of all the characters here, she is the only one that isn't a Selkie (or Half-Selkie, Half-Clavat in Chancellor Chime's case). Instead she is Half-Lilty, Half-Clavat.

Yeah. ^^ If you want my take on Crystal Chronicles I generally liked the series (my fave game is My Life as a King) but I remember being sooooo let down by The Crystal Bearers. If Square Enix have any heart left at all (since they also as I hear skimped on the quality of FFXIII-2, FFXIV and most recent KH games) they would at least make the Wii U CC entry awesome. >.>
