thank you. i have never made a tutorial lol
its really quite simple though(but a pain in the ass to do)
just polish ur nails white or whatever color you want. then put a small amount of polish on the end of the wand and blow really hard. i tried a toothbrush and it didnt work so blowing the polish directly off the brush seemed to do the trick. good luck!

tried a toothbrush at first....wasnt working. just wasted a bunch of my polish and made a huge mess. lol so i tried blowing the nail polish off of the nailpolish wand really hard and it worked! i did a few nails but you get really light headed so my husband helped me with a lot of them. lol!! have fun!
