So, this is my first drawing actually finished and put up on here
Let me just explain though that I'm aware and there's a bunch of things I wanted to go back and fix, like the smoothing out for example, and I should have put more detail into certain parts. But to be honest, I got lazy and have been meaning to finish this for a while. I'm not too happy with the sides and wish I hadn't colored them in but, what can you do haha. In all honestly, this is the final result for now. Time to start another drawing, I'm trying to improve as I go I'll have to go back and try to re-do this one later.Reference photo here

This is also really really good! I wish I could draw portraits like this...but sadly I am confined to just anime drawings and random stuff on photoshop. Nevertheless you should keep up drawings!!! I want to see more of your's

i think its awesome! in my opinion you shouldn't change anything cept for maybe a bit more shading around the left eye, but other than that it looks great ^^
