We´ve been talking about the second world war in history lessons some time ago
and never ever anybody (not even the teacher) scratched the topic of the Sino-Japanese war that happened at the same time as the war in europe.
I even asked around, if we could talk about it some day and my classmates were like "China has been in war?"
It kinda makes me feel sad, that many people do not now about it at all...

*tears up a little bit* Oh man. And I just finished a book about this time period. But this is splendidly done. The neutral colors all blend together beautifully, yet for some reason, China's eyes stand out the most to me. You can really feel the anguish in them. This is just wonderful. *sniffle*
