Inspired by 's most recent deviation today, Panda Girl. I adored the color scheme and flawless organic beauty of this work that I had to try it. The inspiration was overwhelming. Though I know it is not quite on par with the original's quality, It was an enlightening experience getting to blend colors and choose from a color pallete within certain ranges. Definitely an eye-opener.Make sure to visit the original's artist! His work is AMAZING!!

Know you're probably wanting to hear about the character herself...but I'm diggin' the background design. Good depth, nice contrasting colors that have just enough blur and sketchiness to them to allow it to sink behind and let the character flow forward, without being lost. (Eesh, run on.) Anywho, my only catch (which, I dig the body structure with the full hips) is the flower in her hair. The black lines all condensed in a small area radiating inward feel a bit harsh, only because all the other color around it is open, and the black outline recedes on the body due to larger sections of black on the limbs, or close proximity of a limb to an expanse of white. Overall Its a fun piece and it certainly pops.
