Yay! Background practising!
I think I made it very well. c: Finally I know one way to make the clouds. ^^ I used some brush on the water, and I used this tutorial here for the clouds:

with the moon at the top and the grass framing the edges (And cute touches of fireflies)it makes me wish there were something filling the middle, (like a dragoness and her mate perhaps).
