For my birthday last year, I made a Narusasu cake!
It was so tasty!!! lol.
The outline I did looked good until I put the colored icing on it.
I'm not very good at decorating cakes, but it was my cake, so oh well right?Pfft, my mom asked me what piece I wanted....I responded "Give me Naruto's body". lol.

OMG, I've been thinking about doing a SN (or NS) cake for so long! But I've no idea how to do the lines =/ I mean, I want to make some kind of sketch on it before. Is it even possible?

I would recommend you sketch out what you want on paper and then try to use an icing decorator with a small hole for thin lines and try to draw the outline out (after you have the base coat of icing down, lol, and if you want what they're going to be on in color do that first). Then try to fill in with colored icing. But fair warning, it's hard. That's how i messed mine up. Oh! and tip I could have used: Don't use cookie decorating icing from a tube. That's why Naruto is starting to slide off the cake at the bottom. The orange is cookie icing. *sighs*
