I think it might be a interesting story line, I mean in a lot of anime the guys gets the spotlight, but there are many good girl characters (this reminds me of Axes)

yeah, Ichigo is quite easy to grenderbend. People have tried Hichigo and Grimmjow, but if you grenderbend them, the female version would be so tomboy-ish that it would be no use to grenderbend them

I drew his/her hair more natrual, sure, the hair has layers but it won't stick out everywere unless you but a thon of hairspary and such in.
