First time drawing straight into PS CS3! Usually i draw stuff on paper, scan it, and color it.This is Kvothe. Main character in "Name of the Wind". FANTASTIC book. i'd recommend it to anyone.
i've got a list of things wrong with this picture. Let's see if you guys can find em all. :3
Actual file is wallpaper-sized, as per request.

I don't remember ever instisting that it be wallpaper size... although it might have been something I would do.
Did we actually save the list of stuff that was wrong with it?
By the way, there's a 'link' to the pic up on Rothfuss' site now.
(Ok, so it's a link to a search for 'Kvothe' on deviantart, but this is one of the first ten or so. At least, last time I looked it was.)
I STILL think there's something wrong with the Lute. It just doesn't look right to me.

backgrounds are pretty hard but this is good! i think you could have shaded the trees, and added shadows under them

Whoa, very neat! The character looks a little soft around the edges, but otherwise he looks fine.

Character WAS less soft, until SOMEBODY insisted on making it wallpaper-sized. *coughCTcough* So i had to stretch it out.
