Goodness gracious, you really shouldn't outright accuse people of something like that, that can land you in some deep water with a lot of people. 
I also reverse searched this image, it's not bringing up anything anywhere else. As for styles, it's extremely possible to have different styles. It's called style development and it makes an artist better.

I draw with over 10 programs.And I have over 5 art styles plus that was rude!

Have you checked their entire gallery? Because every piece that is watermarked has the exact same watermark. Not only that, but reverse search (which you should always do before accusing someone of theft) brought up absolutely nothing. :\ So perhaps you owe them a real apology?
