Well, it's her full outfit, I kinda like it.
And I like this drawing too..
Umm..I need to write her bio soon..and work on requests...

I wanted to ask you if I could use your OC's outfit in my story I'm writing. You see I'm writing a Naruto story, and I wanted to use your characters outfit because I think its perfect.

only one question, how you used Paint.net and Gimp togheter?I tryed this one time but It made me crazy!(but I ever was crazy hahaha)

I used to use Paint.net to make lineart and then color on gimp ^^ gimp is a lot like photoshop only it's free. just save it as a png and you can go back and forth on both programs

I have this programs but I use GIMP on Ubuntu and Paint.NET on Windows @.@
I tried to made a liveart on Paint.NET but was terrible T.T

You don't need a tablet to use photoshop xD I used to color with just a mouse.

Photoshop elements is what I use too^^ It works great and isn't that hard~ but for linearts I use paint tool SAI because it's easier to make them xD
