BIOGRAPHY
[Personality] ➸ not very stubborn➸ average student➸ can be quite sassy➸ pretty useless- i mean dependent➸ Rude when grumpy➸ VERY SUPERSTITIOUS ➸ GullibleYuuko is totally superstitious. Don't break mirrors, walk under ladders in a building, spill salt, or anything else that can potentially bring bad luck or evil (Or else she'll freak out lol). She is a total bitch and even gives off the appearance of one if she's not in the best of moods. Mood swings fiveever mayne. She also loves and seriously LOVES ghost stories, she legit believes in ghosts and that everything that happens is controlled by the spirits. This only happened because she's gullible af. But surprisingly she doesn't believe in unicorns or fairies, she hates fairy-tales with a passion, they're just ew. She can be a total snob sometimes and get the occasional sass in the equation as well. Despite some of her wacky characteristics, Yuuko is a pretty good student, she passes her classes just a little above average, nothing exceptional, so she's not the most brilliant but certainly not the most dumbest. One thing Yuuko hates is literally manual labor, it's not that she's lazy, she's all about efficiency and efficiency means having someone else do the work for her. She is the queen and everyone else are the peasants. jkjk You do not go to Yuuko for help, she sucks. She's bad at giving advice, helping out, and is really hard to cooperate with because she doesn't understand the situation half the time. She's not very self-less, so don't expect her to jump in front of a bus for you. Don't get on her bad side, like said earlier she can be a little bitchy when she's grumpy. You'll probably hate her idk. She's still my bb though ♥.
[History]Ever since young, Yuuko had a strange interest in anything and everything that included spirits and supernatural phenomenons. She's spent most of her childhood reading stories about spirits and such, her grandmother was a shrine maiden and would often teach Yuuko and her sister about the abilities of talismans and amulets, they even dabbled into some charm-making but of course Yuuko couldn't do any of those things because it was too complex for her to make (more like lazy). It's possible she only developed this interest because her older sister was training to become a shrine maiden. It was their family tradition for the eldest daughter to become the new shaman once she was ready after years of training. So naturally Yuuko tagged along and learned a few things and watched afar of the powers of spiritual cleansing and rituals. Once in middle school Yuuko encountered some jerks that pissed her off which naturally pissed them off because her bitch-mode was activated. One of the boys tried to grab Yuuko's collar to show her who's boss but grabbed her amulet instead and yanked it off. At that moment a teacher opened a door and accidentally hit Yuuko in the face resulting in a bloody nose. Ever since then Yuuko tucked her necklace inside her shirt and actually believed bad things will happen to her once it's off. (even though the incident was purely an accident...) Yuuko was able to avoid a car accident once because she spotted a dog chasing a cat on the sidewalk, another occurrence in which Yuuko lucked out of an accident was when her dad was playing with darts on the door and as Yuuko opened the door to enter the room her dad threw the dart in a completely different direction because one of their cats suddenly jumped onto him. Another time, her mother was cleaning potted plants on their balcony and Yuuko was taking out the trash, as Yuuko walked down the steps back off her porch her mom accidentally tipped small pot of cacti off the balcony when she bumped into it with her hip, Yuuko only avoided the accident because she tripped down the steps to the lawn and stumbled on herself up missing the plant by a smidge. These are just few of the numerous times Yuuko has avoided harm or even death. She swears by her life her amulet is her life saver. Anyway back to more relevant history, Yuuko has two other siblings, and older brother and sister. Being the baby of the family Yuuko got a lot of special treatment which is also why she's so dependent on people, she's so accustomed of having other people do things for her. Her parents both work as accountants, and they live on completely normal lives. They consistently push Yuuko to strive for a more 'normal' life and leave her fondness for the afterlife. Like seriously this girl is more interested in the dead than the actual living. However Yuuko still proceeds to heavily invest her life into the realms of supernatural phenomenon, after all the afterlife is a whole different life than the one we live. Yuuko didn't make many friends in her childhood, most of the time she was getting mocked for her beliefs in spirits and was kinda even treated like one (in a sense she was a ghost and nobody saw her kind of thing). However Yuuko took no serious mind to it, she had enough love from her family, they were always caring people. Beginning her new life in highschool she wonders if she'll meet people just like her. It get's a little lonely when nobody else is a ghost fanatic like her you know? And she doesn't want to just make friends she wants close friends, people she knows she can rely on (b/c heck she's pretty useless by herself). Plus close quality friends make life so much happier~ Yuuko typically scared away most of the people she wanted to be friends with and sometimes she'd be so clueless as to why they all ignored her. Some even played pranks on her and she fell for it. Every. Single. Time. Her gullible ways never changed and because of that she was an easy target. She has zero experience in the love life endeavor because she literally creeps out almost everybody who's she met, which is so unfortunate because Yuuko is a sucker for romantic things even though she's not an ounce romantic herself.

[Trivia]➸ Yuuko has thought about being a mystery novel writer, not any supernatural stuff because she thinks she'll suck at writing them. She pretty much loved the spirits stuff because of the mystery behind it.➸ Unexplainable fondness for sewing materials, she likes scissors, fabrics, string, needles, etc. Though she has no interest in making anything. Maybe because it's aesthetically appealing to her. lol➸ She has a whole shelf dedicated to ghost stories, spirits, supernatural occurrences, and pretty much anything delving into folklore or even a bit of mythology. However Yuuko typically has some kind of book of ghost stories in her hands. There's a little bit of mystery novels into the mix as well. Oh and there's also a bunch of movies with genres such as horror, thriller, and a dab of crime (for dem ghost/spooky criminals? lol). Oh how I wonder what her classmates think of her.➸ I swear that thing that looks like poop in the pic is smoky quartz . Anyway, Yuuko's grandmother made this smoky quartz necklace amulet thing to ward off negative energy and provides protection from harm. Yuuko ALWAYS wears it, she typically hides it in her shirts so she won't lose it after an incident. She literally believes once the necklace comes off bad luck will ruin her.➸ Her family has three pets all in which are black cats. ➸ When she was eleven her parents forced her to play musical instruments so her interest in spirits would go away. Bad mistake, Yuuko broke all her instruments by accident (don't even ask, it was bad cat accident) and told her parents that the spirits were at fault. Her parents gave up on her at that point. But she knows how to play a little bit of piano, cello, clarinet, and trumpet after that whole mess. Piano being her worst and trumpet her best. (Guess you can say she knows how to blow well ;') *ba dum tss* okai no jk that was not meant to be dirty hehe) She's no master though so don't ask her to play anything. Every now and then she picks up her instruments to play, but most often she'll play her trumpet. ➸ Yuuko hates sports. She gets sweaty, her hair gets messy, everyone smells like armpits, germs everywhere, there's always dirt somehow, and she sucks at them. She only participates if she has to. Her sports IQ is a 0 (lol jk but don't go to her for any sports talk/advice)➸ Yuuko was born in America actually, her family is mainly japanese but her father was actually half american. So Yuuko is 1/4 caucasian, her family moved back to Japan when she was four, from there she spent the rest of her life in Japan. She can only read english, her listening and speaking skills are terrible so don't expect her to have a conservation in English.
