Sadly deceased now, he was requested to look a little younger.

this isnt with just normal coloured pencils is it?

I use Derwent coloured pencils and burnish a lot to achieve the smooth look

i could never do my coloring like this.. i always go full out and wild, but you do it so softly that the fur looks gorgeous and realistic... beautiful job

It's 260gsm, so it's just like smooth white cardboard but not as thick as illustration board
