You definetly have a comment worthy piece here! It's amazing that someone can remind us of the good side to humanity despite all the terror and death that humankind can produce. I think the grayscale and everything is perfect as well, I can almost see the colors even though there are none.
The emotions that you've captured are amazing as well. Subtely you've captured it exactly as I would imagine it looking like

Once again....gorgeous work. What I really love about this and the others you draw is the realism, and emotion your able to capture in a drawing, like one would do with a photo. The best part though is that it is with out a doubt a drawing...I'd never mistake your work for a photo, and I think that's important. This is what I strive to achieve.

Techinically flawless, but what makes this piece so engaging for me is the depth of expression you've conveyed on the faces of the figures...the old man's face is so compelling!! There's an epic story etched in those lines. The medic/Doc is so focused on listening...I imagine that it's often hard to hear the subtleties of a heartbeat in less than "clinical" conditions. The title is perfect on so many levels. Marvelous work!!!--AG
