Once the polls have been up for a while or at least enough to get a good idea of the rating, they are taken down and erased so that I can get new ones up and people don't continue to keep voting on old polls.
If it's still kind of up in the air as to what the rating is and it's been up for over a day, I have to move on and put a rating that best fits. Then I can get more polls up.
It's a fast growing folder and we need to keep it moving as fast as we can.
