This is concept art for a story I've been developing.

Coloring water that is not blue or green has been challenging for me, so here is an attempt of forcing myself to paint water that is some other. Also testing out the new color (purple) in my watercolor palette, and seeing how it blends with reds and blues. The results so far seem fairly positive.
