o.o I'm not sure..I've never used paintshop pro but I know FOR SURE yu can do that with photoshop CS. I still only use 6 but I've also got 7. just gotta experiment. What I do is take a round brush and put the opacity at...umm hmm gotta think how yu would do that in CS cuz it's different from 6..put the opacity on say 12%, and change the spacing to 1 and it will give yu that nice painted effect I believe. just play around with the settings. :3
