I've been seeing so much glowy art lately, and was like ''..... I wanna do that. <_<''. And so I did. XDHad this idea in my head for six months now, but I failed the execution whenever I attempted it. MediBang wasn't helping at all, so this time I went for SAI, and it worked great. As much as I adore it, SketchBook wasn't really the programme for this job, I needed sharper transitions between colours. Initially, the colouring was just supposed to be in flats, but then I took an arrow to the knee and just left her hair unshaded, I saw it a few times as an effect. Overall, I'm happy with it.
Enjoy Tsubasa being pretty. Her hair really looks like a dandelion when you think about it.
