The shading on this is absolutely fantastic. Everything is shadowed perfectly, showing that Celestia actually IS shading Luna from the sun. A sister protecting her sister in from her own realm. Beautiful. I love how Luna:
-has short hair
-is looking shyly down
The sparkles in Celestia's hair really add to the texture of the moment- KINDNESS IS SPARKLY! I've never been able to draw wings for the life of me. You blended the colors of Celestia's hair absolutely perfectly. Celestia's shoes (or whatever those things are- I've never been able to be sure) are beautiful, along with her necklace and crown. I wish I had your artistic ability.

"Majestic", was the first adjective that came to mind.
I love the quiet expressions, it gives the piece a sense of grace and dignity.

I really like the use of colour and shading here.
The only two issues here is that while it looks like a tender moment, Celestia's gaze looks kinda scary.
The only other thing is that Celestia should probably have some of her mane in front of her crown too.
