I know its weird BUUUT..is Eldar blood does it really have to be red, like I know they hominids even if they are Xeno's but still, I always wonder I mean there are many other alien species in countless franchises that are hominid/near-human to point they have the same blood types as us, can benefit from organ transplants, can intermingle and procreate with us, but its is more do to plot mechanic os the specific universe, some like Klingon, Vulkans, Romulans, Zabraks, Zeltons are genetically engineered to be compatible with humans,
