Proposal #3 for the Incove logo: for all details regarding this work, please see Incove Logo 1 ( [link] ).

I´ve kept the same font for the word "Asessors" (Advisors) but change the one used in the name "Incove", now typing the company´s name with a Blackadder ITC font. Learning the lessons of the first try ( [link] ), I´ve set the word "Asessors" upon the company name, to let "Incove" be firmly settled on the ground and therefore transmit the idea of stability, seriousness, reliability, etc. Moreover, the Blackadder ITC font is more elegant than the Casablanca Antique font if we compare this proposal with the Incove Logo #2 ( [link] ), though it still contrast with the more formal font used to type the word "Asessors" (Advisors), giving dynamism to the whole. Furthermore, "Asessors" is vertically set in line with the lowercase "n" from Incove, in order to interlocks both elements, but the oblique line force created here by the blank space between the uppercase "I" and the letter "n" from Incove and the uppercase "A" from Asessors creates a sensation of dynamism, of rising, that gives energy to the whole design. This effect is reinforced by using an italic font in the company´s name.

One final comment: most people here may think that this font is more suitable for "Pirates of the Caribbean" than for a real-estate company. Why use this particular typography so? Well, real-estates buy and sell are always associated with official documents that are notarized, etc. Before the introduction in our lives of typed-machine and computers, these documents where written, and people give special attention to them by creating beautiful scriptures. Even today, these same documents still have written parts such as the signature. This is because of that, and thinking about this old kind of writing, but mainly because of the written parts of these documents, that I´ve used this font. Moreover, "scriptures" is precisely the word commonly used by Spanish people to refer to the notarized documents that certify they are the proprietaries of their real-estate. Having all of this in mind, you may not find the use of the Blackadder ITC font as a "madness" to say something, but a bold try, original at least.
