and again same problem 
1) the bad resolution is 1024x786 or lower, people can't convert to higher resolution because very bad quality
2) the best resolution for high quality 1600x1200 for normal screen, so people can convert to lower resolution but same quality

I'm not exactly optimistic about it... since I use a fullscreen monitor Tuneup automatically resizes any image to 4:3, but I'll work on making your wish come true.
