You've got a lot of interesting ideas here. I always imagined that if they assumed a human form, tigers that were women would would be kind of like Dr. Doolittle's wife (the one with eddie murphy) but not nearly as calm, a bit meaner and more intelligent and just a tiny bit playful. Then if it was an anthro hybrid/type deal, they might look good with blonde hair (dark shiny golden-straight). But giving them white hair does make sense, now that you mention it.
....Blonde tiger...That sounds hot...A nice pet name to give somebody....But I'm a guy so I would TECHNICALLY have to call her blonde tigress, but I would prefer the former-it just sounds better.
