Description You may have already figured out that the model is the Fabulous in one of her masterpieces :thumb145193274:

all done with Mouse. maya was used for the base mesh and scene setup, ZBrush for sculpting, photoshop for texturing and final touches, mental ray for rendering (rendered in passes using mentalcore) and composited in Nuke.

Beautiful It reminds me to a movie I've seen years ago, "Fedora". If my memory is not wrong it was the story of an actress who didn't want to age so she made a lot of plastic surgery and there were scenes where she had bandages like this on her face.

I really needed to copy the original an yours in PS to compare. This is really great work. I would like to see a wire...at least of the bandage. Im really noasy how you did that. The texture looks also great. Only thing i dont understand is, why does she have bondage all over in the reflection?
